MOSTe Seeks New Executive Director

An Important Update from the Board of Directors

After five years of exceptional leadership, beloved Executive Director Amy Ludwig will depart from her role at the end of the year. With unwavering dedication, Amy has driven forward our mission to empower girls to achieve their dreams through mentoring, scholarship, and college access programming. From her volunteerism as a MOSTe Mentor, to her Board service, to her tenure as Executive Director, she has stewarded our organization with inspiration and integrity. The Board remains in gratitude for the many contributions that Amy has made and extend best wishes for the next phase of her journey.

While we will miss Amy’s outstanding leadership, we are very excited about the future of MOSTe.

We are seeking an Executive Director with vision, resilience, and compassion to lead our organization. With the support and partnership of our Board of Directors, the Executive Director will guide the organization across a variety of functions including strategic planning, fundraising, finance and human resources. They will work with community leaders, schools and school systems, non-profit partners, families and girls, and volunteers to achieve our vision and create a significant impact in our community. If you have any referrals or would like more information, please refer to our Executive Director Search Application Page.

We deeply value our community’s support and look forward to embarking on this new chapter together.
